The Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management aims to provide our students with the right combination of industry knowledge and real-life skills that they will need to excel in today’s dynamic hospitality and tourism industry. Our Bachelor and Associate degree programmes provide industry-standard training in unique learning environments, from our state-of-the-art kitchen and demo labs to our on-site teaching restaurant.
In addition, the work experience component of our programmes exposes students to a range of professional settings, allowing them to observe and evaluate industry styles of management in action. This first-hand experience helps many students clarify their career goals before graduation.
